Slow-proved dough, San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte. Sixty seconds in our 470c oven and it’s on your table. Proper Neapolitan, made up north.

Beans from Tynemouth Coffee Co, espresso pulled on a La Marzocco. Flat whites, cortados, the works. Take a bag home if you want to keep going.

A van. To a restaurant.

We started our business during lockdown 2020 with our Pizza Van pop-ups on the streets of South Tyneside. Now we have a bricks & mortar home in Westoe Crown Village, South Shields. Up North Pizzeria.

Our mission…make the best pizza you’ve ever eaten!

Improved dough recipe. Longer fermentation. Better seats, a proper bar, coffee through the day, panuozzos at lunch. You can still get the Margherita that started the whole thing, now levelled up.
